Kinetic Energy Pvt Ltd is one of the leading companies working in sales and distribution of SHS and SSHS from 2064 B S. It is registered in company registered office kathmandu with register no 46464/063/064. It has been manufacturing and putting its effort in effective sales and distribution of SHS and SSHS to the various parts of Nepal since its establishment. It believes solar energy products as a strong means of development, and is contributing its effort by providing alternative products for the generation of electricity. Among them it is promoting solar energy by different ways.

PRODUCTION STRATEGY
As we are manufacturer and distributor of alternative solar energy likes solar home system and small solar home system. As we have a good business relation to the local solar companies we can easily manufacture solar products for the distribution of SHS and SSHS in a continuous way.

Solar PV modules, Batteries, Charge Controllers are purchased in local solar companies. And other supplementary raw material like wire, Nut bolts, is also locally purchased. These products are kept in our conditioned warehouse and further put in assembling and production in our well equipped manufacturing unit. We have a good estimation of raw materials and the production capacity, so it not so hard us to predict the requirements of raw materials. Generally we are using raw materials from the renowned national and international manufacturer with a popular brand name. This ensures us that we are producing quality products. Besides these we are deep concerned to the well management of manufacturing units and the manpower involve in the manufacturing process. Thus we are concentrating in improving the skills of technical manpower and the management of manufacturing units to meet the quality standard.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
We have more than 20 employees working under our three departments –Sales and marketing, production and finance. Being a manufacturing company our deep concentration will be on research and development, thus our major focus will be in training and development of our office staffs. Besides these we believe in good working environment and safe work-floor will help us to earn the employees commitment and work efficiency.

For the operation of our business activities we need some more manpower in the field of marketing and technical support, to meet the need of human resource we are planning to recruit manpower from the corresponding districts where we operate our business activities. in future we are planning to establish more branch offices with the efficient and hardworking manpower. For those proposed branches we will recruit some technical persons and some persons for marketing activities, and for the head office; currently we are not planning to recruit because we have enough manpower for the extra production capacity.

BRANCH /DEALERS/AGENT NETWORKS
Up to now we have established our nine branch offices (Branch Office Nepalgunj, Jumla, Dailekh , Jajarkot, Damak, Ilam, Panchthar , Bajura, Dolpa) at different parts of Nepal for our ASS and sales and marketing.In this way we are making our effort in establishing access to the rural districts of Nepal and in near future we will establish more branches in the rural and deprived regions of Nepal.
As we are the developing company and are planning to expand our market share, we need some dealers to circulate our solar products in the different parts of Nepal so we are planning to make our dealers in the five development regions, at least one in each development region; and if the regional dealers are not able to cover all the corresponding areas we might add dealers district wise in some sophisticated geographical regions. Only Branch offices and the dealers do not meet our requirement of business expansion; for demand generation, potential market identification and for the smooth distribution of SHS, SSHS and other solar products we need agents. For this purpose we will make agents each from one district; agents can be more than one in number in the western and far western regional districts. For the effective and efficient Network we are planning to operate these agents especially from our head offices, but the supply of products and services can be obtained from our branch offices and the dealers.

MARKETING STRATEGY
we have warranty/ guaranty provisions in all our products for more period of time than other manufacturers. So quality products and the assurance to the customers that they are investing their money for guaranty products is our major marketing theme. But now we are making our effort in expanding our business in all the developmental region of Nepal, we need a unique marketing strategy to penetrate the solar markets as there are already more than forty solar companies operating their business activities for more than ten years. In this concern we will mobilize our agents and field staffs in door to door marketing. Besides this, we will conduct awareness programs for the use of alternative energy products and to support the environment preservation. Beyond direct marketing we have focused in the promotion of our products from the distributors and dealers, in this regard we are planning to distribute our pamphlets and brochure in the areas where we are focusing to sell our products. In addition we will visit the end users of solar products located in the different parts of Nepal and interact with them about the quality and performance of our products. This will add in our relation with the end users and that is the more effective tool for the promotion of our product.

DISTRUBITION STRATEGY
We are well organized organization so we have a well defined distribution channel. Initially manufacturing is done in the factory head office and onward the products are delivered to our dealers, Branch Offices and agents according to the demand of the area. Some times the end users directly contacts us, in these cases we provide them the products whatever they want, and let the ASS done by our branches , agents and dealers in the corresponding areas .But in future we are planning to establish a contact with end users only through our dealers and agents because we believe the head office have to devote its time for creating the effective marketing activities and improving the quality of manufacturing, that means sales and distribution is let to accomplished by branch offices and dealers. We are providing some amount of credit to the local solar companies according to the volume of their purchase, but there is no provision of credit limits to the agents and dealers. But now onwards for the rapid business expansion, we are planning to provide some credit limits to the dealers and agents, but it is conditional provision. Agents and dealers, those who are found dedicated to our business motto and those who meet the sales target that we have set are benefited by the credit limits. But the end users have to pay full amount of whatever they have purchased either from the head office or from the branch, agents and dealers.

AFTER SALES SERVICE AND SUPPORT STRUCTURE
We have our nine branches in the different part of the country so it is very easy to provide ASS for the users in this location. Like wise in near future we will establish more fully equipped branch offices with qualified staffs.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT STRUCTURE
As we are developing company, and also working in the sales and distribution of SHS and SSHS to people of different parts of Nepal, we are very much interested to expand our business. In this concern we are planning to invest Fifty million in addition to our initial investment. And if necessary we can borrow about Thirty million from bank as business loan. In this way we are prepared to support our business.
